Scout Safeguards:

• Documents shall include only the first name of the scout.

• A scout's name shall not be listed with a photograph of him.

• Documents shall not include a scout's home phone number, email address, residence address or the names of other family members or friends.

• Published Email addresses shall be restricted to those of adult volunteers. 

• Personal Email addresses of adult volunteers will not be displayed on the website. An aztroop222.com email address will be assigned to each volunteer. Any communications will be forwarded through this address.

• No scout work will be published without permission of the scout and the parent or guardian.

 In order for the troop to display photographs of your son on this website, the Troop must have a signed Internet release form on file. The scouts name will not be included with the pictures, nor will any personal information about the scout.
